Emiliano Stella, born in Avellino in 1978, is a contemporary Italian artist. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, studying under the renowned painter Gianni Pisani. Emiliano’s artistic journey has been marked by numerous notable exhibitions, both personal and group, showcasing his evolving style and thematic exploration.

In 2024, he presented his solo exhibition Allegoria at the M.A.T Museo Archeologico Taurasi. Prior to that, his 2020 solo show Microsfera PE, curated by Barbara Matetich, was held at the P.A.N. Palazzo delle Arti Napoli. In 2019, Emiliano represented Italy as the sole selected artist in the group show Fragile Living at the Green Hill Gallery in Berlin, curated by Bobbi Jo Brooks.

Earlier, in 2018, he participated in the group exhibitions ECO Sostenibilità Visionaria at the AXRT Contemporary Gallery, curated by Stefano Forgione, and a showcase at Cantina Montone during the 14th Giornata del Contemporaneo AMACI, curated by Pietro Montone. His work became part of the permanent collection of the Istituto Banco di Napoli Fondazione in 2016.

Emiliano’s participation in Il popolo di San Gennaro, a group exhibition at the Diocesan Museum of Naples in 2015, reflected his engagement with themes of religion and new figuration. In 2011, he exhibited at the IV Biennale Giovani Artisti Campani and was featured in Lo Stato dell’Arte, part of the 54th Venice Biennale, curated by Vittorio Sgarbi.

His international presence includes exhibitions at the Acquire Arts Gallery in London, such as The Dream Machine: Chapter One and Star(T)Dust in 2010 and 2011, curated by Plasticine Art Factory. Between 2006 and 2007, he participated in the traveling group show A3, exploring visual street art, and exhibited at major fairs like Arte Fiera Bologna and MIART.

Emiliano’s first solo exhibition took place in 2006 at Studio Fontaine in Viterbo, curated by Marcello Carriero. That same year, he participated in various art fairs and group exhibitions with AlArteContemporanea gallery, including Human@rt and events in Catania, Verona, and Padova.
