Els Devrieze studied Visual Arts at the Municipal Academy of Fine Arts in Bruges, where she was taught by internationally renowned artist William Sweetlove, among others. In addition to many additional courses[...]

Today Els Devrieze works as an artist and illustrator. She recently started "Arte innovadora art collective of Flemish Primidivas" with like-minded creative souls. Her works of art can be found among art lovers worldwide. Els Devrieze illustrated several books. Flexible and eclectic, she likes to showcase the wealth of styles and techniques in her arsenal.

Her passion for travel and diverse cultures broadens her view on the (art) world and inspires her. You notice this in many of her works. Everywhere she sets foot, she leaves a piece of her heart behind. Just a piece of her heart, because in addition to being a passionate artist, Els is also an ardent advocate of nature conservation and animal rights, of which her international action #waronplastic is just one example.
