Was born in 1981 in Moscow.
In 2004 has ended Moscow Architectural Institute.
Since 2003 – the participant of exhibitions in ЦДХ, МОСХ Russia, and also three international competitions «Moscow – a world city».
Since 2005 pass personal exhibitions of the artist, including in the Moscow Municipal duma, the All-Russia exhibition centre. The participant of the international exhibitions of painting, a drawing and a sculpture in Serbia, Russia and Italy.
In 2004-2006 taught on chair of painting МАРХИ.
2007-2008 Participant of exhibitions and auctions in the International Center of Slavic Writing and Cultures (Fund Ardena).
The 2009-participant of an exhibition in the State Duma "Innovations in maintenance of ecological safety for a sustainable development of Russia"
D.Veltishcheva's works are stored in private collections of Russia, Italy, Spain, Germany.
