I am self-taught, however the past guides my steps ... We did not come from nothing and the "great masters" guide me ... I am greedy and I want to taste everything ...
I flirt with Hyperrealism, but the charming world of Douanier Rousseau does not leave me indifferent ... There is a little naive in my painting ... (SECRET GARDENS).
I copy Cézanne to soak up his vision and his technique ... and the Sainte-Victoire does not live far from where I live. Post-impressionism delights me ... (FROM HOLY VICTORY TO CALANQUES)
The movement of Fauvism is the one that gives me the most pleasure. I admire Matisse and Derain, and Braque too ... and also movements like "Die Blaue Reiter" ... (FAUVE SEASON)
My research on the juxtaposition of colors, random chromatic associations and geometric construction led me into Constructivism, but I didn't know anything about it! (GEOMETRICS).
Colors are like scents and flavors (mint, lavender, basil, coriander, garlic, licorice, anise, ginger, curry). Charles Lapicque gave me strong feelings and the painting "PORTPIN Lapicque way" was inspired by it.
I put a finger in the Abstract but I'm far from having done the tour (NIRVANA)

Of our contemporaries my preferences go towards these painters: in the style of the Matisses, Philippe Martinery, Dominique Choumiloff in the footsteps of Braque, Sylvia Fuet for the perfection of her plant world and her colorful worlds, Guy Charon: the radiance of the days of great lights, Manuel ANORO in the expression of the most joyful color ...

The summary of my pictorial research: "Whatever the bottle, as long as we have drunkenness".
