It's intriguing mark making and texture combined with its beautifully balanced palette of apricot, orange, blush, pink, sage, olive, green, black, grey mixed with white, beige and neutral tones.

This painting is initialed on the front and signed and titled on the back with a Letter of Authenticity. It is acrylic on un-stretched canvas with a sealer for added protection and comes rolled in a tube, ready for stretching & framing.

This artwork is offered un-stretched as it makes very large scale work more affordable and safer to transport. When stretched, the painting imagery extends around the edges, which allows the painting to look great with or without a decorative frame.

In Situ / Framing Images -
*Please note any in situ images of this artwork is to offer decor, installation and framing examples only and although I try my best to get it right they are never going to be perfectly to scale.

Cheryl Harrison is a contemporary Australian artist whose artistic journey spans back to the 1990s. Over the years, she has garnered a global following, with collectors from around the world admiring her work. Cheryl's artistic prowess has been showcased through solo exhibitions at esteemed galleries in prominent locations such as the Strand in London, Cambridge, and various cities in Cornwall including Truro, St. Ives, and Penzance.

During her time in the south of the UK, Cheryl immersed herself in the vibrant artistic community, rubbing shoulders with esteemed post-modern British artists like Sandra Blow, Terry Frost, and Barry Cooke. This period of her life greatly influenced her artistic development and contributed to her unique style.

Upon returning to Australia, Cheryl pursued further education, earning her Masters in Visual Arts from the Queensland College of Arts at Griffith University in Brisbane. Since then, she has continued to captivate audiences with solo exhibits in public and private galleries across Brisbane, Cairns, and Port Douglas.

Cheryl's studio is nestled in the tropical paradise of Port Douglas in Far North Queensland, where she finds inspiration in the stunning natural surroundings. Collaborating with her talented husband Pez, who is also an abstract painter, Cheryl creates art that reflects her deep understanding of mediums and processes. Each original painting is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, drawing from Cheryl's twenty-five years of professionalism.
