Caroline Keller est une artiste peintre française contemporaine, née en 1969 à Strasbourg, elle suit une formation universitaire artistique et obtient une maîtrise en Arts Plastiques, puis un Capes en 2006. Elle enseigne en collège, tout en continuant à peindre et à exposer dans différents Salons et Galeries.
Elle travaille sur des supports distincts : la toile et le métal. Ces matières opposées lui permettent d’explorer divers univers très graphiques en lien avec la calligraphie et l’écriture.
Le travail sur le métal est plus figuratif et précieux : les triptyques et pendentifs de cuivre, de fer ou de laiton, accueillent des compositions baroques sur la thématique de la femme.
Dans une récente série de peintures abstraites, Caroline Keller explore la profondeur, le miroitement de la couleur. Ses toiles évoquent des paysages ou des étendues d'eau, tout en restant dans l'abstraction et la suggestion. Elles invitent à un voyage imaginaire, à la fois énigmatique et apaisant.
