As inferred by its title— Hysteria —the artwork evokes a strong sense of anxiety and pressure felt firsthand by the artist, who expresses his personal hopes that the work can leave a lasting impression on its viewer, while remaining relatively approachable. While the work has been created upon the artist’s own psychological paroxysms, it is yet to be known where it will ultimately lead the artist to.

The general darkness of the painting contrasts with the clarity of the main character giving it even more mystery. Using different colors, especially the green one, Camille Tagini explores its effect on the sensitive and emotional sphere of a person.

Paroxysm, which conveys the search for freedom amongst chaos, presents its aesthetic potential through an independent context. The triptych “Women in search” explores what are our areas of freedom when our physical or mental bodies are constrained ?
