Clair, artist, decorator and plant designer, already has 20 years of experience in the world of creativity. His artistic journey is a true journey, shaped by an insatiable passion and remarkable artistic versatility.
Her beginnings in the field of molecular cuisine allowed Clair to explore plant flavors and textures in innovative ways. It was the starting point of an artistic career which then moved towards plant design and decoration. This transition was motivated by her constant quest for innovation and creativity, values that still guide her.
One of Clair's most notable achievements is her photographic series titled "Fongus Obscura." This series is a celebration of the unforeseen beauty and continuous evolution of nature. Initially inspired by the discovery of photographic film and slides covered in mold in a dark cave, this series has become an artistic adventure that merges the living and the inanimate. It reveals mold's ability to act as a creative catalyst, highlighting the emerging strength and beauty of nature.
Each work by Clair is an invitation to immerse yourself in a world where nature and artistic creation unite to offer a unique sensory experience. Guided by values such as simplicity, harmony and well-being, his photographic creations freeze emotions and preserve them in a tangible form.
The unique visual language developed by Clair blends culinary art, photography and plant design to create a distinct aesthetic. Each of his photographs, marked with the prefix “C aussi…”, offers a multitude of interpretations, thus reflecting his artistic vision. She invites her audience to question themselves and explore the multiple facets of their creativity, leaving room for everyone's imagination.
Clair's art transcends borders and reminds us of the beauty, evolution and harmony of nature. His rich and varied artistic career continues to inspire and captivate those lucky enough to discover his work.
