Mannequin lamp with foot to place on the ground like a floor lamp.
Designed from a vintage mannequin bust, recovered and transformed, sublimated.
Modeling paste black paint and partial collage of copper metal sheets, give an old effect the bust is on a black floor lamp foot and on its head a lampshade placed on a bronze foot
Each mannequin is worked like a canvas following my inspiration of the moment and becomes a lamp, a table, an antique sculpture that seems to have been carved in stone or cast in bronze...

their human size is a plus
Dismountable, the mannequins are easily moved and transported, their human size is a "plus" which allows them to fit perfectly into any room: hall, living room, bathroom, bedroom.

A mannequin bust can be placed on a bedside table, a console,...

A mannequin in a standing position has its own base and can make an original floor lamp and if it is a mannequin in a seated position, installed on an armchair, a coffee table, a sideboard or a meridian, it will create an unforgettable scene.

Brigitte Dravet is a contemporary award-winning French artist. Dravet breathes her creative energy into her paintings, they emerge from her inner world, their geography revealing itself layer after layer. Made without brushes, but with knives, scrapers and mason's tools, her works are rich in textures made of successive layers of paint, cracks, with effects of rust. She likes to contrast these mineral, rough, worn and damaged textures with metallic colors, gold, copper, bronze, symbols of delicacy, light, purity, and serenity. Her paintings are halfway between the mysticism of the icon, the decoration and the landscape and its natural colors. They catch us in their light, surprise us by their texture and invite us to contemplation, and meditation.

Inspired by the artistic sensibility of a Duchamp and Ready-Made era, she finds mannequins or pieces of mannequins in garage sales or trash and gives them a new life, a second chance. Each mannequin is decorated like a canvas, using patinas, rust, paint drips, gilding, gold leaf collages, and jewels to create unique pieces like lamps, tables, or antique sculptures that appear to have been carved in stone or cast in bronze.
