Annette Aspen
Annette’s art is a vivid exploration of her emotions and experiences, offering viewers a cathartic release of negativity. Each piece reflects her quest to understand the neurological condition she has grappled with since childhood. Through her work, Annette hopes to inspire others living with disabilities and raise awareness about neurological conditions. She is committed to this cause, donating 20% of her artwork sales to The National Brain Appeal to support epilepsy research.
Her paintings have been featured in multiple joint exhibitions and a solo exhibition in her hometown of Tunbridge Wells. Annette has also been a regular label artist for Hidden River Brewery in Pennsylvania since 2021, with her 34th artwork appearing on a beer can in August 2024. Publications like Artist Talk, Artist Close Up, and Global Art Times have featured her work. She featured in the art blog AATONAU! in October 2024.
Annette’s charity work is extensive, benefiting organizations like The National Youth Theatre and Fairshot, as well as her chosen charity The National Brain Appeal. Earlier this year, her art was exhibited and sold at Sotheby’s New Bond Street in London as part of their 'Art & Neurodiversity' exhibit.
Most recently, Annette has partnered with a luxury real estate company, Premizez, and is looking forward to the opportunities this collaboration will bring.

National Youth Theatre's 'First Days' Gala
The Roundhouse, Chalk Farm Road, London, UK
Annette was asked if she'd donate a painting to be auctioned at the gala in aid of the National Youth Theatre. As an ardent supporter of The Arts being accessible to all, Annette said it was an honour.
'Fitting In' seemed an obvious choice.
The Gala was an enormous success with new acts and alumni performing.

Annette has donated one of her paintings, 'Lullaby', to be exhibited and offered for sale during the 3 day exhibition.
It will be entered into an auction on Wednesday 1st May hosted by Princess Beatrice, if it hasn't sold.
