People are hiding under umbrellas. The rain is pouring with all its might, loudly beating a drum roll on the asphalt. The gusty wind echoes it.
Dripping down the roofs of houses and wet foliage of trees, drops quickly form large transparent puddles. It pours from the sky, pours, pours ... And there is no end in sight to this watery riot of nature
Rain is water falling from the sky and feeding the earth. And in this context, rain is a symbol of the blessing of heaven and the fertilizing principle, a potential sign of growth and fruitfulness.

Alla Ronikier is a contemporary Polish-Ukrainian artist. She has an upbeat attitude on the world and uses vibrant floral paintings, lush landscapes, and subdued city settings to convey this outlook to her viewers.
