My name is Alice, I come from an average family in the Parisian suburbs. I had a tumultuous school, family and emotional journey. I have always liked to create, art is therapeutic for me and I had the chance to find it again during my studies. After 2 years of preparation I entered the Beaux Arts and graduated. I am interested in the universe of rap, the texts which are my first inspiration. The writings speak to me, they give me to see. Then I draw from my personal experience, my childhood, my relationships to make a space free of interpretation, an empty space of character to inhabit like a theater stage. There is no emptiness without fullness, there is no shadow without light.
'Retreating to one's corner is undoubtedly a poor expression. If it is poor, it is because it has many images, images of great antiquity, perhaps even psychologically primitive images. Sometimes the simpler the image, the bigger the dreams.
