Alain Rappeneau est un photographe professionnel qui aime utiliser les différentes techniques de photographie : la proxi-photographie, la multi-exposition. Il pratique également différents genres de photographie comme la photo de paysages, de fleurs sauvages ou la photo de rue. De part son expérience et par goût aussi il pratique la photographie dans de nombreux domaines et est toujours à la recherche de nouvelles techniques créatives.
Son travail de photographie en exposition multiple est une source de créativité infinie. Elle permet de fixer plusieurs instants sur la même image. Cela crée une confusion dans le temps et le décalage entre chaque vue crée une abstraction dans l'espace urbain qu’il soit moderne ou historique. Elle lui permet également d'exprimer une vision d'un monde chaotique et instable.
Alain Rappeneau vit et travaille à Beaune (France). Son travail a été présenté dans de nombreuses expositions.
