ABDELHAKIM CHABABI est un jeune peintre marocain, né en 1983 au Maroc dans la ville d’El Jadida.

Il a fait ses études primaires, et collégiales dans sa ville natale : El Jadida ;
puis il a rejoint l’école des arts plastiques à Essaouira ou il a pu mettre à point une formation
académique, qu’il ne cesse d’ailleurs de développer, en étudiant les maîtres artistes tels léonard de Vinci, Delacroix, Cézanne et tant d’autres,
En 2005 il choisit la carrière d’enseigner les arts plastiques en entrant au centre pédagogique régional de Casablanca.

Dès son jeune âge, l’artiste a noué une forte relation avec la nature mère en contemplant les différents paysages naturels, en les croquants sous forme de petits dessins : tantôt en noir, tantôt chargés des couleurs.
Son travail, purement figuratif, est situé entre le réalisme et l’impressionnisme, et se caractérise par des touches, et des tâches, nerveuses et fortes

Il s’intéresse aussi à la peinture des paysages et les scènes marocaines (ports, ruelles, souks.) Ils font son choix de prédilection.
Le jeune peintre les traite avec des pates bien métrisées, en cherchant les ambiances colorées, et l’impression sentimentale des personnages et de leurs environnements.

Son style est basé sur le rendu excellent des contrastes de lumières, et les effets de claire obscur, en cherchant toujours la richesse et la diversité dans ses œuvres.
