La peinture est une sensibilité familiale inter-générationnelle. Ma famille compte de nombreux peintres professionnels, notamment mon arrière grand-père maternel, ou amateurs. Adolescent, j’ai eu la chance d’avoir comme professeur de dessin un peintre professionnel ( Gilles Cadiou, dit Gilou, spécialiste en trompe l’œil). Puis j’ai suivi des cours pendant de nombreuses années.

Comme dans la vie, j'apprécie la diversité et la découverte de multiples horizons: mes toiles, à l'huile, sont donc figuratives et abstraites, fréquemment de format carré.

 Pour le figuratif, mes thématiques préférées sont mer et la montagne, que je pratique passionnément, l' espace, et leurs interactions respectives avec l’homme.

Sur mes toiles abstraites, je veille à ce que la signature soit discrète, un simple W, pour permettre au collectionneur d'orienter la toile selon son plaisir et de la faire tourner quand il le souhaite. 4 visions du monde en une seule toile.
