Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. The technique of applying paint is generous, energetic, with a pronounced texture, where each layer seems to bear an emotional imprint. The color scheme is saturated: blue, violet, ochre and white tones flow into each other, forming a vibration of color. The composition breathes rhythm: as if the city sounds, pulsates, shimmers.
The artist works with architecture not as a physical body, but as a spiritual form. This is a memory of a shrine, where the vault of the sky merges with the domes, and the inner light replaces the sun. The painting is on the border between visual experience and inner revelation, between a dream and an icon.
As a child I studied art in an art school, then studied philology, antient cultures and history. Explored architecture of Antonio Gaudi in Barcelona and Italian art in Rome.
Many years later my soul demanded to splash all the nice feelings, emotions, wishes, beautiful views, inspirations into painting as I do it now being a full-time artist now.
I live in an ancient place in Turkey on the picturesque coast of the Mediterranean sea which is full of bright colours and myths so I bring them to my artworks.
