Pour réaliser mon vinyle, j'utilise de la "modeling paste", un plâtre spécial pour toile afin de créer du relief et lui donner vie. Tout est réalisé à la main à l'aide d'un couteau.
Je vais plus loin car je créé des nervures sur la toile. Le tableau devient à lui seul un objet de design.
Puis je le peins à la peinture acrylique. Pour terminer ici je fais couler de la résine epoxy sur les rainures noires du vinyle pour accentuer l'aspect vitreux.
Finition vernis brillant. Let's rock!

Profond nostalgique des années 80/90, je puise mon inspiration dans des objets divers qui me sont chers et qui traduisent un moment clé de ma vie. A ma façon, j’aspire à les immortaliser. Mon choix se porte uniquement sur des objets dont le design est d’aspect rond (comme le vinyle) ou bien carré/rectangle (comme la K7 ou encore la disquette informatique). Car j aime les courbes simples et épurées. Je réalise toujours mes œuvres de manière frontale pour accentuer leur aspect intemporel. Enfin tout est relief, tout est organique. Pour cela j'utilise de la « modeling paste » (pâte à relief, de type plâtre pour toile). Chaque réalisation est conçue à la main, au couteau. Puis quand le « squelette » est terminé, je peins mes objets avec de la peinture acrylique. Finition vernis brillant + résine époxy. Immortel.
