Wojtek Gawlik

I've been always interested in Art - in all its dimensions. I studied at the Warsaw Academy of Arts for a period of time. Then in my professional career, I spent years in various global advertising agencies creating ad campaigns and working on designing all necessary assets. In my free time, however spare that had been, I was developing my skills in painting, graphics, photography and digital art. Currently I concentrate on painting fully. 

My works center around woman figure - the form, the shape, the silhouette. Women I paint are not any specific persons, they are expression of my absolute fascination with femininity.

I do not dwell on defining the directions my painting presents, this space I leave to the viewers for individual interpretation, evaluation and and nomenclature to the recipients.
