Witold Sliwinski is a contemporary Polish artist, born in 1963 in Krosno. He graduated from the State Secondary Art School in Miejsce Piastowe, specializing in Applied Art Forms under the mentorship of the renowned sculptor Władysław Kandefer, who was a former student of the legendary Ksawery Dunikowski. Sliwinski also attended the Post-Secondary Photography School in Krosno.

Early in his artistic career, Sliwinski focused on drawing, graphic design, and creating company logos and displays. He later expanded into designing and producing artistic works in leather. Since 1996, his artistic practice has been centered around glass, where he creates both applied and unique art forms. His work also includes the creation of occasional statuettes and company souvenirs, with each new subject inspiring innovative concepts.
