Glossy finish

Wilson Guevara was born in Cartagena de Indias in 1975. He spent his childhood in Bogotá where at the age of 16 he began studying at the Academia de Artes Guerrero, later becoming a studio assistant for David Manzur , will study the human figure with the artist Alfredo Araujo Santoyo and portrait and human figure studies with the artist Nicolas Uribe. In 2007 he went to Florence Italy to study at the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence specializing in human figure, and studied at the American school The Florence Academy of Art receiving a scholarship from the directors, graduating as a professional painter in 2010, continuing subsequently studying with the artist Vitaly Stankov in his studio in San Marco in Florence.
Since 2010 he has dedicated himself to the training and preparation of artists from all over the world interested in the practice of classical painting using the method learned at the FAA known as sigth size. student of Daniel Graves, Steph Bauman, Daniela Astone, Simona Dolci, Maurin Hayd, with whom he perfected his way of interpreting and simplifying drawing and painting. Wilson Guevara was awarded in several painting competitions in various cities in Italy, including first place in a natural painting competition in Florence. painting the square of Santa Croce. In 2022 semi-finalist status in the ARC.Lives and works in Florence competition.
