Willène Pilate is an animal artist and animalist.
Anti-speciesist activist, she paints paintings, inspired by animals, vibrant and unique portraits.
Her works invite us to change our view of animals, to really look at the faces of the animals that #039;she draws, to see beauty there, to see a true being, gifted with sensitivity.
Her project is multidisciplinary artistic research on animals. Who are they ? And how to tell them? Why is it important to tell them?
Willène Pilate uses drawing, painting and writing to answer these questions.
