Als Collagenkünstler fühle ich mich zutiefst von der Kunst der Neuerfindung angezogen.
Ich hauche alten Zeitschriften, Postern und vergessenen Materialien neues Leben ein und erstelle neuartige und fantasievolle Bilder, die die Lücke zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart schließen.
Jedes bedruckte Blatt Papier, jede Zeitschrift kann Teil eines Kunstwerkes werden, welches die Zeit überdauert.
Durch die Arbeit an meinen Collagen füge ich zusammen, was normalerweise niemals zusammengefunden hätte, gebe Artikeln und Bildern wieder eine neue Bedeutung, die sonst im Müll verschwunden wären.
Dieser wunderbare Rohstoff, welcher alle Farben, Formen und Schriften beinhaltet, ist die Basis für meine Arbeiten und ermöglicht es mir, jedes Motiv auf die Leinwand zu bringen und dem jeweiligen Portrait einen einzigartigen Ausdruck zu verleihen.
