David Weinreb

By definition I am a self taught artist, from taking photos overseas in the service when I was 19 in Guam with a twin lens Rolliflex camera given to me by my father. From there I moved to New York where slide film became my expression on the streets of Manhattan. Once finished with that I moved to California where the film business beckoned.
Abstract is my kind of beat mixed with faces. Not knowing where I'm going is damn good fun. Emotion is around every bend. Always need to get my head and heart into the world. Color me in a hurry flurry. Texture and music close cousins.
