Ob bei Kunst am Bau, der landschafts Architektur oder privaten Gärten immer schenke ich den standortbezogenen Eigenheiten und der landschaftlichen oder architektonischen Stilistik, ob historisch oder modern, große Beachtung und entwickle so eine besondere Sensibilität für die Individualität des Ortes und des Auftraggebers. Dadurch bin ich in der Lage, so verschiedenartige künstlerische Arbeiten zu entwickeln. Auch wenn mein Hauptgestalltungsmittel – die vielfältigsten Ausdrucksformen der Metallgestaltung ist, werden Materialkombinationen wie Edelstahl und Autoreifen im Kunstwerk, seit langem als kreative Herausforderung gern aufgegriffen.
