STOLEN TIME – Peinture symbolique à l’huile sur toile
Huile sur toile, 60 × 45 cm
Description :
FR:

STOLEN TIME – Symbolic Oil Painting on Canvas
Oil on canvas, 60 × 45 cm
Description:
This work depicts Adam and Eve contemplating a portal opening onto Paradise Lost. Within this portal shines a thunderous apple tree, emitting a divine light—a symbol of revelation. Adam holds the apple he took from Eve, with a slightly accusing look. Eve looks sadly toward Eden. Adam sits on a red cube, Eve on a blue cube—an allegory of the choice between truth and lies, knowledge and ignorance.
The painting was created after a mystical experience the artist had: while painting the apple tree, he heard the voice of God in the form of powerful ultrasound. That same night, a fire broke out on the roof of his building—an event reported by the media, perceived as a spiritual sign.
Technique: oil on canvas
