Glossy finish

I currently live in Florida. This wonderful place never ceases to inspire me to create new paintings. I was born in Russia, where I received my education and began to actively take an interest in art, design, drawing and painting. I am also very interested in folk art - this is a layer of culture that I want to study. However, painting, especially oil painting, has always been a priority for me.I paint with oil on canvas, using a palette knife depending on the plot, experimenting with different techniques.
My most preferred subjects are landscape, still life, birds, animals.
Being an artist for me is a great way of self-expression. By creating paintings, I can share my emotions, feelings that arise at different moments in my life.
These can be different emotions: A range of feelings and a palette of colors that leave an imprint on my subconscious. By processing these images, I, like every artist, leave a piece of myself on the canvas.For me, painting is like meditation. When I pick up a brush, I fall into time; I don't even know how many hours have passed. It brings me great pleasure when I paint.I want to share these emotions with friends, loved ones and people around me.
