Sunset in Marina. Lake Garda. Landscape with boats against the backdrop of the city and snow-capped mountains.
I painted a whole series of paintings, inspired by Lake Garda.
Incredibly romantic and quiet places in the off-season, filled with mountain air and the silence of the lake, as well as beautiful churches, snow-capped mountains, lemon and orange trees, wisteria and rocking boats by the shore.
I wanted to convey this beauty and peace in a series of watercolor paintings.
I hope that the painting will find its collector and will please him and decorate the interior. It will convey the same feelings that I experienced in the process of painting this picture, or will find something of its own in it.
The watercolor painting is made with professional artistic watercolor paints of high lightfastness, painted on archival quality paper.
I recommend framing the painting in a frame with a passe-partout and anti-glare museum glass, then the painting will be protected from ultraviolet light, dust and moisture. And will delight for many years.
