Instagram inspired me. Namely, the life and stories of the confectioner Alexander Seleznev, who in his blog tells and shows life in Monaco and on the Cote d'Azur of France and on the Ligurian coast of Italy. Alexander beautifully sees the life of the coast, villas, flowers, streets, the sea, confectionery, animals and the daily life of tourists and locals. This fascinating story of life and beauty inspired me to start a series of watercolor paintings. Small format and few sketches. You can hang them in your hallway or living room, and remember or dream about the beautiful Cote d'Azur.
