Ezio Procacci nasce a Gubbio, in provincia di Perugia, il 28 aprile 1979. Sin dalla tenera età, si accosta al mondo dell’arte , dimostrando predisposizione per le forme creative in genere, ed in particolare pittura, scultura e disegno, ma anche musica e danza. Dopo gli studi superiori all'Istituto d'Arte di Gubbio nella sezione “Architettura e Design”, Ezio decide che la creazione di forme artistiche sarebbe diventato il suo futuro. Nel 1998 consegue il diploma di arte applicata di “Disegnatore di Architettura e Arredamento”. Dopo varie esperienze lavorative in diversi campi, nel 1999 inizia la sua prima, vera produzione di oggetti d’arte: una serie di candele artistiche e di sculture in gesso e vetro, che hanno subito riscosso grandi apprezzamenti, e lo hanno spinto a continuare su quella strada. L’inizio della produzione vetraria comincia con l’esperienza in un laboratorio del vetro, nel quale comincia ad apprendere le tecniche raffinate di lavorazione della vetrofusione, che successivamente diventerà lo stile, elegante ed inconfondibile, di tutti gli oggetti del laboratorio “Il Tempo è Arte”. Da quel momento, fino ad arrivare all’apertura del punto vendita nel centro storico di Gubbio, l’esperienza di Ezio e del suo laboratorio cresce ogni giorno, fino a sfornare veri e propri capolavori.Una delle caratteristiche salienti della produzione è la capacità di plasmare materiali diversi, ottenendo effetti sempre differenti. Nel 2004 partecipa alla Biennale dei Giovani Artisti ad Imperia con la prima serie di 12 pezzi dal titolo: “Gli Elementi”. Tra il 2005-2008 collabora con diversi architetti alla decorazione di locali pubblici e privati in Italia ,Francia e Lussemburgo realizzando vetrate artistiche di grandi dimensioni oltre a continuare la propria ricerca artistica personale .Tra il 2005 e il 2010 partecipa a diversi concorsi e mostre a livello locale e nazionale .
Le sue opere sono presenti in molte collezioni private in Italia e all’ estero.
