He undertook a self-taught study path, and his dedication to painting led him to develop a distinctive style characterized by soft brushstrokes, strong lines and a limited palette inspired by tonalism.
Vanni Rocca is deeply interested in the emotions hidden in the depths of the human being. He is not concerned with the perfect representation of reality; pays little attention to what the eyes faithfully report, but focuses on what the glances transmit and the faces hide.
