Vanessa creates mixed media sculptures, combining steel rods and pasted and compressed paper. The skin of the paper covering the sculpture allows effects of material and texture, the painted and patinated surface thus takes on the appearance of bronze.
This mixed technique leads to freedom: of movement, of seats, of mixing materials (wood, metal, concrete).
