From Los Angeles to Bali, from New York to Rome, Vanessa Grant, abstract landscape artist, has exhibited his beautiful and original works around the world, drawing inspiration from the nature of the places where he lived, and now he has transferred his personal vision artistic in his beloved Tuscany.
"Through my paintings I try to share my personal inspiration, respecting the environment and what I see. For this I create works that have a soul: a soul who is deeply agrees with that of those who collect my paintings.
The Tuscan landscape is very changeable, day by day, hour by hour. I look at twice the same hill, and is subtly different.
From childhood I have lived in many different places in the world, they are so accustomed to the changes that now I find it comforting that are changing the landscape that I observe, and not my situation and places of my life: I feel finally in Tuscany at home."
The Vanessa Grant working method consists of a creative expression that alters the real scenario creating one imagined. Abstraction is an idea, and it expresses the feelings and deep emotions that bind the artist to the subject. The result is a representation intentionally different from the real and never devoid of symbolic meaning.
