PROFIL ACADEMIQUE : Baccalauréat dans le Collège National de Buenos Aires(1952/1958.
Apres une année dans la faculté de Medici ne de la U. de Buenos Aires, se déplace au Chili ou restera de 1959 au 1973.
Entre 1961 et 1965 fait une licence en Sociologie à l’Université du Chili, Santiago.
Entre 1975 et 1976 fait une Programme de Post-Degrée, études superiores au Centre d’Etudes urbaines et régionales dans l’Institut Torcuato Di Tella, a Buenos Aires.
Entre 1978 et 1979 fait un M.A. (Master of Arts) en sciences politiques à la Université d’Essex, Colchester, Anglaterre.
