画家陈其彪，男，1980年5月6日出生于广西北海市。2004年毕业于广西艺术学院美教油画专业，现为广西北部湾油画研究院职业画家。陈其彪，(英文名字为Bill) 男 ，汉族。
多次参加法国卢浮宫画展、新加坡、美国油画画展，所有展出作品均被海外人士收藏。1995年师从周度其教授正式学习美术专业；
1996年~1999年就读于广西艺术学校美术专业
1997年参加广西红铜鼓专业大赛荣获三等奖 同年参加广西专业大赛一等奖；
1999年参加纪念中国共产党建党80周年精品展入选画作《封闭》；
2000-2004年在广西艺术学院学习油画专业获学士学位；
2002年在广西艺术学院美术馆举办首次油画双人画展，部分画作被国内外收藏家、私人收藏；
2003年参加广西艺术学院艺术节三等奖；
2004年在广西艺术学院美术馆举办第二次举办油画双人画展，全部画作被国内外收藏家、私人收藏；
2004年东兴与中国绘画交流精品展入选多幅画作；
2004年参加广西艺术学院迎春精品展获二等奖；
2004年至2007年参加广西教师精品展分别获得一等奖,二等奖；
2004年创作大型油画《东盟之花》；
