Jean-Noël Le Junter, çağdaş bir Fransız sanatçıdır. Öğrenimlerinin ardından İskoçya, İngiltere, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Yunanistan'ın da aralarında bulunduğu çeşitli ülkelerde vakit geçirdi. Bu mekanlarda kaldığı süre boyunca Beaux-Arts, Glasgow Üniversitesi Sanat Kulübü gibi tanınmış kurumlarda akşam derslerine katıldı ve çeşitli atölye çalışmalarına katıldı.
