Biography
Oil Painter for almost 30 years, currently living and working in Germany. Since 2021 painting almost full-time. Known for impressio-realistic land-, sea- & sky-scapes, but also portrait paintings and drawings. Always striving for improvement and new inspiration, never afraid of exploring new approaches in my work or investigating new subjects, the beauty of nature will always be my predominant muse. I don't see myself as an artist, that i leave up to other people's opinion. I'm a craftsman and when i don't work with color and brushes, i work with wood and wood working tools. But when i'm not working at all i spend time outdoors with my dog, taking hundreds of photos while looking for new inspirations and ideas.
