Toby Mulligan is a British artist born in 1969, whose reputation is already well established across the Channel and in the United States.
He is a finalist for the BP Portrait Award 2012 with the portrait of his daughter, which will then be exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery. The private collections of figures such as Roger Federer and Mick Jagger include several of his paintings.
