Tatiana Loy nació en Kiev capital de Ucrania (ex URSS) en el año 1975. Estudió escuela clásica rusa de arte. En los tiempos de la Perestroika, tiempo de cambios también en el arte aprendió a combinar las nuevas tendencias de la pintura con su estilo clásico y hace su Trabajo de Grado bajo la tutoría del destacado pintor ucraniano Petro Bevza. A finales de 1990 emigra a Ecuador con sus padres donde sigue con los estudios de arte en el taller del pintor español Miguel Gayo, enriqueciendo su estilo con las técnicas de la escuela española.
Tiene 12 exposiciones desde 1990 hasta el 2007. Ha pintado cerca de 210 obras de las cuales más de 150 se vendieron en los siguientes países: Australia, Italia, Inglaterra, Ecuador, Rusia, Panamá, Ucrania, USA, México, Nicaragua, España y Colombia,.
