This diptych, “Horizons of Silence”, emerged from a quiet morning where stillness and light whispered inspiration. I stood in front of two blank canvases with no specific plan — just a desire to reflect the subtle beauty of serenity. As warm beige melted into cold grey and deep navy lines crossed soft whites, I felt a rhythm forming — like breath, like waves, like time pausing for reflection.
Using a palette knife and layered acrylics, I focused on depth and contrast, allowing the texture to speak where words would not suffice. The dripping details symbolize movement and release, while the horizontal tension evokes the expansive calm of landscapes unseen.
This piece invites viewers to breathe, to pause, to ground themselves — it brings elegance and peace to any interior it inhabits.

Contemporary interiors
