Not forgetting the impact she had had from the interactive artworks she saw in art museums as a child, she began to aim to create artworks that use the five senses. Her own theme is to express on canvas the unique sensitivity of Japanese people, known as the "Japanese ear," in the way they hear sound. For this reason, she is somewhat familiar with everything from matière to color schemes and color composition. Her works often have Japanese-style titles, which are often chosen naturally because she values the "Japanese ear." Starting with representational paintings, she now mainly paints abstract paintings, feeling limited in the amount of information she can convey to others and the range of expression. She has experience as a nursery school teacher, and in order to convey the importance of expressing one's own feelings and communicating with others through artistic activities, she visits nursery schools every day and engages in art activities with children.
