Après des études technologiques, Thierry se dirige vers la modélisation assistée

par ordinateur. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec des designers, des stylistes et

des directeurs artistiques. Amené à faire des rencontres sur plusieurs continents

cela lui permet d’enrichir son univers de nouvelles inspirations et de nouvelles cultures.

Initiant sa création par la photographie lenticulaire, Thierry commencera par un procédé des plus complexes. Une rencontre avec Mr Pierre ALLIO, référence mondiale

dans le domaine très fermé de la photographie lenticulaire, constituera un élément déclencheur dans sa carrière artistique.

La première œuvre artistique digitale de Thierry, intitulée « Shared brilliance », est née et sera exposée au Palais de Tokyo dans le cadre du projet Reflet(s).

Puisant dans les technologies qu’il utilise au quotidien, il s’appuiera sur la constante évolution des logiciels pour développer son projet artistique. La modélisation 3D

n’est plus un simple outil de travail, elle lui permet d’exprimer ses pensées créatives, d’où rejaillissent les héros de fiction de son enfance.

Les contraintes technologiques disparaissent pour laisser place à

des sculptures digitales alliant deux matières.

La résine et le tissu offrent à Thierry une créativité unique et

un support aux multiples possibilités.

Il peut désormais créer en toute liberté. Sa famille de sculptures sur matériaux souples prend vie et constitue l’axe majeur de sa créativité dorénavant.

Il peut ainsi laisser libre cours à ses envies de donner du mouvement et des variations aux couleurs.
