Svetlana Sokolovskaya is a cosmopolitan artist, born 1964 in Berlin, Germany. She studied at the Moscow University of Arts, at the Tbilisi Academy of Arts, Faculty of Painting. Since 2006, he has been living in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.
Since 2022, she has opened a personal house-museum "Intimate Art"

I explore the anatomy of human relationships, their paradoxes and internal conflicts, using mythology and historical facts, paraphrasing in modern theories. All facts and events, all visible and noticeable reality are interconnected and interdependent and cannot be abstracted from the activity of the human creator."
