In "The Girl and the Dolphins" we see the artist's reflection on the future of the planet, which can go different ways. The foreground depicts a young girl sitting, watching two dolphins. The silhouettes of the dolphins are on equal footing with the human figure, thus the artist emphasizes the equality of man and nature. The circular shape of the canvas emphasizes the contour of the window and creates an even greater effect of immersion of the viewer in the depth of the water. Looking at the picture creates a feeling of tranquility and peace. The blue color soothes the senses and reduces anxiety.
Svetlana works with acrylics mostly in dry technique.
