Glossy finish

the time of bottoming out is a period for women to do emotional housecleaning and is similar to going down into a dark well. She may experience unexplained emotions and feel that she is all alone and unsupported, i believe most people (even guys) at some point of their lives have experienced this inner emptiness. however, she will eventually come out of the well.
when a woman is not feeling good about herself, she tends to be overwhelmed and more emotionally reactive. some emotions that may be experienced when a woman is in the well are insecurity, mistrustful, hopelessness etc. this is the time whereby she is extremely vulnerable and needs alot of love and support so that she can feel better about herself thus the rising of her mood. the stronger a woman appears to be, the deeper they tend to descent into the well and they usually only allow this vulnerable side of them to be seen by their loved ones.
When a man loves a woman she begins to shine with love and fulfillment. and most men naively expect that shine to last forever. it's like expecting the weather to never change and the sun to shine all the time.however, they need to understand that this cycle of emotions rising and falling is inevitable, almost like how everyone will have their ups and downs in life. the thing is, when women do share their feelings with you, you're usually not the source of their negative emotions. they share their problems with you because they trust you to understand them and are longing for your support.

The world today is very competitive and it's very hard to reach our goals but I hope we all make it. You just need look at yourself you are doing much better than you were doing in your past. It’s all about doing what you love to do and one day you will see the best version of yourself, the way just I did.
