I've always been passionate about visual arts, especially cinema.
After my studies in Visual Communication at University, I felt the need to convert my passion, curiosity and knowledge on images into something more tangible and practical, that could at the same time synthesize my visual world and my personal glance on life in a "visible" and permanent form. This is why I focused on photography.
My favorite subject is street photography, or better saying the spectacle of human life. Portraits and people photography are intimately connected and they empower this vision of life as sum of little pieces.
I also enjoy architectural pictures, as I consider architecture a very powerful way to "write" and interpret our visual world, able to influence our perception of the space and how we position our-self within this space.
My images take their strength from the juxtaposition to each other. Sometime they are very simple scene of everyday life, but in my vision, together they build a stronger image of what I call my personal "mosaic" of life.
Each of them is a little piece of the greater picture.
