София Рычанова родилась в 1989 в Ростове-на-Дону.

В 2004 – 2008 году училась в РХУ им. М.Б. Грекова, г на отделении дизайна интерьера у Михеевой Л.С.

2008-2014 обучалась на отделении станковой живописи РГААИ иАРХИ ЮФУ, кафедру Живописи, Графики и скульптуры, мастерская заслуженного художника РФ Еремина С.В.

В 2014 окончила факультет станковой живописи( мастерская Еремина С. В.)

В 2021 поступила в ассистентуру-стажировку Академии Архитектуры и искусств, специальность «Графика».

С 2014 года преподаватель Детской художественной галереи Ростовского художественного музея изобразительных искусств.

Обучение остальным дисциплинам проходило у известных художников -: академика Олешни С.Н, Бегмы В.И, Коробова В.Н, Лусегенова О.М. Благодаря руководителю курса, Еремину С.В. который ратовал за проведение пленэра на Академической даче им. Репина, стала активно работать на пленере.
