SEGAL,(Dominique CREISMEAS) est né à MORLAIX en Bretagne en 1956,commence à peindre à l'huile en 1973,part naviguer pendant 10 ans sur toutes les mers du globe, puis devient artiste peintre professionnel en 1993. Entre temps, il participe à de nombreux salons de peinture en Bretagne, puis s'installe en Franche-Comté et ouvre un atelier à Charquemont. Il expose à plusieurs reprises dans la région et en Suisse ( Morteau, Audincourt, Maîche, La Chaux de Fond etc...). Il crée la biennale d'art contemporain de Charquemont.
