Sara Verdini è un’artista contemporanea italiana, attiva principalmente nel campo della pittura e della scultura. La sua ricerca si muove tra spiritualità, simbolismo e surrealismo. Il suo lavoro esplora il confine tra corpo e archetipo, natura e mito, traducendo in arte visiva un linguaggio interiore ricco di riferimenti culturali e visioni intime.
Nel 2025 le sue opere sono state esposte alla “YouNique Boutique Fair of Arts” (Villa Ciani - Lugano).
Sara Verdini – Serie “Tarocchi” (2025)
“Ogni carta è una soglia. Un confine tra visibile e invisibile, tra ciò che sappiamo e ciò che ci guida da dentro.”
La serie Tarocchi nasce come un percorso artistico e iniziatico lungo 22 tappe: un viaggio pittorico attraverso gli archetipi maggiori che costituiscono il mazzo dei Tarocchi. Ogni opera interpreta una carta come figura vivente, portatrice di simboli, memoria e potere.
La mia ricerca parte dal profondo rispetto per la tradizione iconografica dei Tarocchi, ma si espande verso nuovi territori visivi, culturali e spirituali. Gli elementi decorativi e rituali — piante sacre, costellazioni, talismani, minerali, gesti — si intrecciano a visioni femminili archetipiche, in cui l’immagine della donna si fa ponte tra corporeo e spirituale, tra mito e psiche.
Colori saturi, auree notturne e texture materiche creano uno spazio sospeso, in cui il sacro può emergere senza retorica, e il simbolo tornare a parlare con forza silenziosa. Le carte non vengono illustrate: vengono incarnate. Ognuna è una presenza, un enigma, un incontro.
Con questa serie, desidero restituire ai Tarocchi la loro potenza originaria: non come strumento divinatorio, ma come linguaggio visivo dell’anima — specchio e bussola insieme.
