Contact with these people was magical.
I delighted in those works of art, and soon discovered that it was what I wanted for myself.
It was there, making my drawings with charcoal, that I found myself in Naif art.
I am self-taught, I have no academic training.
My school was life and contact with the various artists who passed through there.
