La Jongleuse Digitale Kunst von Sandrine

Born and raised in Bordeaux, France where I studied Contemporary Art in Beaux-art School, I began my career as a 2D computer graphic designer for a photo agency, also creating photomontage, color calibration and graphic design.

In 2002, I taught 2D for the association ‘Les Deux Mysteres’ with Francois Gastaldo and created many graphic designs and self-education DVDs. In 2006 I co-directed with Francois an e-magazine ‘Immersion Graphique’ where I worked as art director, graphic designer and editor.

After meeting Bill Plympton during an animation film festival, I began working as his colorist, in 2009. I worked on the award-winning shorts ‘The Cow Who Wanted to be a Hamburger’, ‘Waiting for her Sailor’, ‘The Flying House’, and three ‘Couch-Gags’ for the animated series ‘The Simpsons’.

After coloring many shorts, I became:
- Co-Producer for the multi award-winning short ‘Drunker Than a Skunk’,
- Colorist and Compositor for the multi award-winning animated feature 'Cheatin’,
- Art director for the short movie ‘Footprints’ and the animated feature film 'Revengeance'.

Now I am looking for new job and I’m ready and willing to tackle whatever sort of project that might come my way. If you need a creative or a colorist for your next animation movie, we should work together!
